Qualifications:
+ Grade 12 or equivalent diploma
+ 2-3 years related experience
+ Office Administration Certificate/Diploma
+ Computer knowledge in word processing, spreadsheet and database or Human Resources Information Systems software
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Employee file records management
+ Assist payroll with preparation and reconciliation of final payment statements, T4 preparation, ROE processing and submission
+ Admin support for non-teaching employee benefit plans
+ Supports the coordination of the Municipal Employee Pension Plan (MEPP) through data collection and entry of all enrollment, termination, and resignation notices for all non-teaching employees
+ Provides general administrative support to HR and Payroll
+ Data Entry
+ Provide coverage for the receptionist as required
+ Performs other duties as required
