We're looking for a dynamic human resource technician who wants to contribute to BRP's story by efficiently and meticulously coordinating the process of recruiting more than 300 interns every year. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Be part of a large-scale internship recruitment process for our Canada offices. Here at BRP, we welcome over 100 interns per session.
Manage the recruitment process from the opening of positions through to welcoming our intern cohorts.
Take control of the listing process on the platforms of over 20 schools
Coordinate interviews and the selection of interns
Draw up contracts and intern welcome packs
Help with the creation of intern files (Taleo)
Plan and effectively manage welcome meetings for new interns
Act as a main point of contact for managers and interns throughout the process
Manage the end of internship process by collecting internship completion confirmation documents
Structured and proactive follow-up with internship supervisors, aimed at strengthening coordination, improving responsiveness, and ensuring the smooth progression of internship experiences.
Coordinate immigration procedures for international students in collaboration with legal.
Innovate and suggest improvements to the process and create new tools.
Work together with the university strategy team to offer an exceptional internship experience.
Roll out surveys with a technological platform and monitor the results.
Manage grant and tax credit applications in connection with internships.
Work together with the internal accounting department and external partners in order to fulfill applications.
Coordinate the management and production of documents with interns and schools.
Be part of special projects (e.g. roll-out of a new welcome and integration plan for interns).
YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Diploma of college studies in business administration, office technology or a related field;
1 to 2 years' experience in an administrative support role;
Excellent knowledge of Office suite;
Knowledge or Taleo or other ATS software (an advantage);
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to advise internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec or unilingual English speakers on a daily basis;
Good team player and able to take initiative;
Ability to plan and manage priorities effectively, excellent judgment;
Attention to detail in order to deliver top-quality work at first try.
