About the role

Human Resources Technical Consultant, Call Center HRdirect

We are currently looking for a Human Resource Technical Consultant for our HRDirect call center. You are bilingual, dynamic and curious? You demonstrate good listening and customer service skills? You like to work in a team and be in the heart of the action? This opportunity is for you!

Workplace: Montreal (2020, Robert Bourassa)

Your role:

The Human Resources Technical Consultant is a key member of Intact\xe2\x80\x99s large Human Resources team. He acts as the first point of contact to answer questions from our employees and managers on HR related procedures and policies by phone or emails. For more complex requests, he will be in contact with the appropriate team within or outside of Human Resources (Finance, IT, etc.)

• Analyze and respond to employees\xe2\x80\x99 inquiries via phone or email based on HR best practices and using our documented knowledge base
• Log all calls in order to document the steps leading to the resolution
• Collaborate with different teams in order to find solutions to different requests
• Remain up to date on corporate and departmental policies, procedures, quality service standards and ongoing departmental projects
• Participate in maintaining the knowledge base up to date to ensure consistent and accurate responses and recommends updates and improvements
• Participate in different projects

Your Competencies

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources (or in the process of obtaining soon) or any relevant field.
• Excellent oral and written communication in both French and English
• Being customer-driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills and Team player.
• Positive attitude, autonomy and sense of ethic
