Children's Autism Services of Edmonton is seeking 1.0 FTE

HR Supervisor

for our dynamic and growing organization. We provide family centered in-home and classroom based services to meet the needs of families and children who have autism and other developmental disorders. As the HR Supervisor you will responsible for bi-monthly pay and maintaining all Payroll and HR records.

HR Responsibilities



Assist with full cycle recruiting, including supporting the hiring manager and creation of letter of offers. Providing Employees with Benefit support Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and complete personnel records, including filing and creating of digital employee files. Design and configure HR platforms (HR platform, LMS modules) based on organizational needs. Ensure compliance with Employment Standard in all HR and Payroll practices and polices Administer the employee benefit program. Respond to internal human resources related enquiries. Support the goals, projects, initiatives of the organization and day-to-day operations as required. Other HR generalist duties as assigned.

Responsible for all aspects for payroll including

;

Payroll is completed and approved on time for all hourly and salary employees Payroll adjustment entries are correct with corresponding backup Ensure all timesheets are entered and approved prior to processing Audit and verify all payroll entries (benefits, RRSP's etc) Problem solving of employee Payroll issues on payroll and leaves etc. Process new hires and terminations including ROE's on a timely basis Ensure compliance with Employment Standard in Payroll practices and polices Completion of T4's. Payroll back up is trained and supported. Monitor leave balances (flex. Vacation & sick).

Education and Experience



Minimum 2-3 years experience in Payroll Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR Experience with Dayforce is an asset PCP designation or working towards the designation is an asset Must be detail-oriented, able to develop and maintain a highly organized work environment and able to effectively prioritize
