What You'll Do:
Handle onboarding for a small group of new hires (likely cleaners and supervisors)
Ensure proper documentation is collected (contracts, tax forms, ID verification, etc.)
Set up employee records and help implement a basic HR file system
Walk new hires through key policies and procedures
Provide guidance on any basic HR compliance questions
What We're Looking For:
Prior experience in HR or employee onboarding (especially in service-based industries)
Knowledge of Canadian labor laws (or your local laws, if not in Canada)
Detail-oriented and professional, with strong communication skills
Able to work independently and complete tasks on time
Available to start immediately (or very soon)
Details:
Contract position (3 months, depending on needs)
Mostly remote, but may require occasional in-person meetings or calls
