General Purpose
The University of Guelph is seeking a dynamic individual to join the HR Services team, with a strong background in payroll administration. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills when faced with complex situations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team supporting the final stages of the multi-year implementation of our new Human Resources Management System (including our integrated payroll platform), Gryphons at Work. If you're skilled at managing multiple priorities and keeping things on track under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
Reporting to the Manager, HR Services, this position will serve as a key point of contact for employees, retirees, and departmental administrators, particularly in matters related to payroll, compensation and benefits.
