Location: Cowichan Valley, BC (Remote or Hybrid Options Available)


Compensation: $40/hour



Thrive Now Physiotherapy is a growing, community-focused physiotherapy clinic with multiple locations in the Cowichan Valley. We're looking for a proactive and creative Hiring Manager to take the lead on recruitment for our clinical team--including Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, and Clinical Counsellors.



You'll be stepping into an established recruitment system currently managed by our clinic owners and taking it to the next level.

Responsibilities:

What You'll Do

Lead the full recruitment cycle for clinical positions--from posting to onboarding. Continue and improve upon our existing recruitment strategies, including: Posting on job boards, university portals, and professional networks. Attending virtual and in-person job fairs. Promoting roles through our website and social media. Develop and implement new, innovative ways to attract top clinical talent. Build relationships with schools, professional associations, and international candidates. Maintain familiarity with Canadian licensing and regulatory requirements for Physiotherapists, especially for internationally educated candidates. Collaborate closely with the clinic owners to ensure recruitment aligns with clinic culture and growth goals.

Qualifications:

Who You Are

Organized, personable, and confident in communicating with clinicians and professional bodies. Experienced in recruitment or HR, ideally within the healthcare or rehabilitation field. Knowledgeable about the physiotherapy profession in Canada and regulatory/licensing processes. Skilled at using social media and digital platforms for talent attraction. A self-starter who thrives on independence and creativity.
