Reporting to the Human Resources manager, the incumbent acts as a business partner to designated areas and provides guidance and support to managers and employees in human resources management
  • Acts as a resource to managers and employees on the application of human resources policies, programs and procedures and ensures their adherence to them
  • Supports managers by helping them create and monitor action plans to improve employee performance
  • Manages and support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives
  • Acts as an ambassador for change management and supports managers in their efforts
  • Acts as a resource for managers and employees in the application and enforcement of HR policies, programs, and procedures
  • Leads compensation and job evaluation processes in designated sectors
  • Participates in the recruitment of its sectors
  • Participates in the resolution of human resources conflicts or issues affecting the entire sector he supports
  • Builds relationships and credibility with all levels of management


Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in labour relations or human resources
  • Six to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years as generalist consulting role
  • Operational HR experience, plus the ability to handle strategic issues
  • Ability to adapt to change, including working with different people and in various situations
  • Motivated team player with excellent influencing skills
  • Ability to work in ambiguity
  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English and French
