:Robert Half is looking for a Human Resources Manager for one if it\'s Downtown clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is coming from a Generalist or Business Partner role and who is ready to step into a leadership role. Ideally someone with some managerial experience would be an asset. This company has grown at a steady rate and is forecasting international growth in the next two years. There is huge growth opportunity for the successful candidate to continue to build upon the HR foundations while at the same time improve upon and build out a progressive HR team.Responsibilities not limited to:
- Leading recruitment and onboarding
- Performance management
- Labour relations
- Change management
- Providing mentorship and training for employees
- Streamlining processes and procedures
- Defining training assignments
- Developing employee engagement initiatives
- Motivated and passionate individual with superior communication skills
- An energetic and entrepreneurial go-getter who can think outside the box
- 5 plus years HR experience in either a HR Generalist or Business Partner Role with some managerial experience
- Previous experience with building out or implementing processes
- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent qualification
