We are recruiting for a Human Resources Manager to join our team in our Toronto office. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role, and will be responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals, advising and coaching leaders on performance and employee relations, leading onboarding/offboarding and change initiatives, managing complex HR matters in partnership with legal counsel, and driving HR programs and process improvements to enhance the firm member experience. McCarthy Tetrault employees benefit from a hybrid work environment. This position is to fill an existing vacancy.
Salary Range (Toronto Only): $95,000 - $115,000 annually
