We are seeking an experienced and organized Human Resources Executive to manage the complete employee life cycle--from recruitment to exit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating job descriptions, managing hiring processes via online portals such as Indeed, handling HR documentation (offer letters, contracts, policies), maintaining employee records in the HR portal, issuing disciplinary notices, and ensuring proper staffing and compliance across multiple store locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
Create and post job descriptions on platforms like Indeed, social media, and internal portals.
Manage the end-to-end hiring process -- shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain an organized database of candidate resumes and applications.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing requirements and fill positions promptly.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and maintain all employment-related documentation including offer letters, employment contracts, and HR policies.
Use the HR Portal to store and manage all employee documents such as resumes, identification proofs, and signed agreements.
Ensure all HR documents are up to date, compliant with labor laws, and easily retrievable.
Training & Development
Track employee
training schedules
, attendance, and completion status.
Maintain documentation for all
mandatory and optional training programs
(safety, operational, customer service, etc.).
Coordinate with management to ensure all employees receive required training and certifications.
Identify training gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Employee Relations & Discipline
Issue warning letters, memos, and other disciplinary notices as needed.
Maintain detailed records of employee conduct and disciplinary actions.
Mediate and resolve workplace issues in a fair and professional manner.
Staffing & Scheduling
Oversee staff scheduling across multiple store locations.
Ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and minimize staffing shortages.
Coordinate with managers to handle time-off requests and ensure smooth workforce operations.
Employee Life Cycle Management
Manage all employee life cycle events -- hiring, onboarding, transfers, performance tracking, resignation, and termination.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding procedures.
Track employee attendance, leave, and benefits administration.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years+ of HR experience (preferably in retail, operations, or multi-location business environments).
Proficiency in HR management systems and portals.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and documentation processes.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, or other hiring platforms.
Familiarity with payroll systems and attendance tracking tools.
Prior experience managing HR operations across multiple locations.

Wednesday - 10 am -2:00 pm
Thursday - 10 am -2:00 pm
Friday - 10 am -2:00 pm
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00 per hour
