THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to help shape our workplace culture, build high-performing teams, and ensure compliance across our operations. This is a dynamic role with influence across recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, training, and organizational growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

Oversee the full recruitment cycle--from posting to onboarding--ensuring we attract and retain top talent. Build proactive recruitment strategies and partnerships.

Foster a Positive Workplace:

Address employee relations issues promptly and constructively. Promote engagement through recognition, wellness, and development initiatives.

Drive Learning & Performance:

Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs. Oversee performance management and succession planning.

Manage Compensation, Benefits & Compliance:

Administer benefits and payroll processes. Monitor industry trends and adjust compensation structures. Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

Champion Safety & Well-Being:

Lead health and safety programs to ensure a safe workplace. Coordinate safety training and wellness initiatives.

WHAT YOU BRING:

5+ years' experience in HR management or related role. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices. Proficiency with MS Office, HRIS (e.g., ADP), and ATS tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. College degree in HR or related field (HR Management certification an asset). Bilingual (French/English) considered an asset.
