Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in clear, well-documented formats
• Support a growing workforce by being visible, approachable, and actively engaged with employees
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company standards
• Advise management on performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace matters
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Support onboarding, training coordination, and ongoing employee support

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Several years of hands-on HR management experience
• Strong grounding in traditional HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Comfortable working directly with employees and leadership in a growing business
• Practical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Values structure, consistency, and clear communication
• Prefers a people-focused, hands-on approach while using systems as support tools rather than the center of the role
