Human Resources Manager
Our client is seeking a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role is responsible for overseeing core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance. The successful candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with the ability to influence and guide internal stakeholders.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

  • Lead and guide HR Business Partners to deliver strategic solutions
  • Align HR with business goals and coach leaders on structure, leadership and engagement
  • Oversee recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and talent development
  • Ensure policy compliance and handle sensitive employee issues
  • Use HR data to support decisions and drive improvements
  • Lead change initiatives and tech adoption
  • Enhance HR efficiency through automation and AI
Your strengths include:
  • 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
  • Expertise in employment law, HR practices, and organizational strategy
  • Adept at building trust-based relationships, coaching leaders with empathy, and driving impact through influence rather than authority
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication and facilitation abilities
  • High emotional intelligence and discretion in sensitive matters
  • Effective multitasker in dynamic environments
  • CPHR designation and relevant education (preferred)
  • Experience in field services, manufacturing, or construction is an asset
  • Proficient in HR systems (e.g., Dayforce) and data analytics
  • Led HR digital transformation and tech adoption initiatives
