As a Human Resources Intern your primary responsibility will be to support the Talent Acquisition team, in addition to providing administrative support to the HR Business Partners.

• Work with hiring managers to draft and finalize job postings
• Post job vacancies on our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other external job boards
• Review and screen resumes to qualify potential candidates
• Attend and participate in job fairs and other industry and community events
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Team for all of our divisions
• Assist with other HR related projects and day-to-day tasks

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from post-secondary education in Human Resources or other Agricultural related field
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to be able to build relationships with all levels of employees
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines
• Must be confident in your ability to work individually and within a team-oriented environment
• Must have a passion for learning!
