We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of HR operations within our organization. This role involves managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting strategic business initiatives through effective HR practices. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Manage payroll processes, including commissions, time tracking, and ensuring timely payment of taxes using Ceridian software.
  • Regularly review and update company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and alignment with business goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on performance issues, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Maintain and manage HR software systems, ensuring accuracy, accessibility for employees, and analyzing trends for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
  • Promote a culture of open communication and inclusivity across all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in HR management or related disciplines.
  • Proficiency in using Ceridian (Dayforce) software or equivalent HRIS systems.
  • Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, recruiting, and performance management.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address HR challenges effectively.
