We are currently seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our human resources strategy and ensuring the effective management of our workforce. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in manufacturing, with a strong preference for those with experience in the food, chemicals, or medical sectors. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead all HR functions and collaborate closely with department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- HR Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that support the company\'s long-term goals and objectives.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, including identifying talent needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
- Performance Management: Establish and oversee performance management systems, including goal-setting, evaluations, and professional development plans.
- Employee Relations: Proactively address employee concerns and maintain a positive and productive work environment. Handle disciplinary matters when necessary.
- Compensation and Benefits: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent while staying compliant with legal regulations.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Safety and Wellness: Promote a culture of workplace safety and employee well-being.
- Conflict Resolution: Act as a mediator and facilitator in resolving conflicts and disputes within the organization.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and continuously improve HR processes.
- Budget Management: Manage the HR department\'s budget effectively.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
- SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
- 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least [Y] years in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
