Position Overview
We're seeking a tech-savvy, analytical HR Generalist to provide support during a maternity leave. You'll manage employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, benefits, and engagement programs, collaborating with HR and branch leaders to boost satisfaction, reduce turnover, and ensure compliance. Using HR technology and data-driven insights, you'll drive process improvements and support our people strategy. This is a solutions-focused role for someone passionate about creating a positive workplace where employees can thrive.
What You'll Do

  • Provide regional HR support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, benefits, HRIS, and engagement initiatives
  • Partner with branch leaders to enhance engagement and reduce turnover
  • Develop and implement HR policies, programs, and recognition initiatives
  • Coach leaders and employees on HR best practices
  • Ensure compliance with federal and provincial employment legislation
  • Leverage HR technology and data to drive process improvements and continuous HR initiatives
What You Bring
  • Post-secondary education in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and Canadian employment legislation
  • Tech-savvy with analytical skills and experience using HRIS or HR systems
  • Excellent communication, discretion, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or collaboratively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for creating a positive workplace
