The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies, fostering employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

s an Entry-Level Human Resource Generalist, you will:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements and best practices
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
Mediate disputes and facilitate conflict resolution to maintain a harmonious workplace.
Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Facilitate and coordinate various training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.
Actively promotes a positive and engaging work environment.
Your education and qualifications include:
University degree in Human Resources or relevant workplace experience.
Strong interest in pursuing HR certifications (e.g., CPHR).
Willingness to develop a comprehensive understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
Solid understanding of general business operations.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrated work ethic with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs.
A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and achieving results.
Understanding and practices of Health and Safety would be an asset.
