We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist working alongside the Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing support and guidance on a wide variety of HR disciplines to our leadership team and staff. You will be accountable for:

• Full-cycle recruitment & selection
• Orientation & Onboarding programs
• Participation in the development of employee programs and policies that align with our culture
• Provide support in the form of guidance, advice, and coaching for managers
• Provide guidance and support on maintaining our Health & Safety programs and policies
• Employee Wellness initiatives
• Coordinate employee recognition programs and events
• Support of day-to-day HR-related activities

To be successful you will need:

• Recognize the importance of company culture
• Proven ability to communicate clearly, create and build trust with all levels of an organization
• A passion for agriculture and the dairy industry is an asset

Education & Experience

• Graduate of Human Resources Diploma Program
• CHRP Designation or equivalent
• Previous experience in an HR position
