Job Description


  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • or equivalent experience

Tasks

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements Administer benefit employment equity and other human resources programs Co-ordinate employee performance and appraisal programs Hire, train and supervise staff Respond to employee questions and complaints Recruit and hire staff Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies Oversee development of communication strategies Conduct performance reviews Oversee payroll administration Provide customer service Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
