The Chinook School Division requires a full-time (7.5 hours/day) Human Resources Executive Assistant position at the Chinook Education Centre in Swift Current.

Knowledge of computer systems and the ability to work in a variety of software applications
Training or experience working in Human Resources is an asset
Duties (will include but will not be limited to):
Clerical support including typing, editing, preparing and creating reports, ordering resources, preparing for workshops, electronic filing, maintaining databases and personnel files and invoicing
Monitor and respond to the HR department email and phone extension, ensuring timely and professional communication with employees and external stakeholders
Coordinate the full cycle of job postings for all positions, including drafting, posting, and tracking applications
Support interview processes by scheduling interviews, preparing interview packages and reference checking
Provide administrative support for labour relations including the preparation of formal communications
Provide backup for the Division's Executive Assistant on an as needed basis
