Position: Human Resources Director
Location: GTA North, with easy TTC and GO access
Work Type: HYBRID - 4 days in-office per week
Salary Range: $120 - 150k
About Our Client:
Our client. a Consumer Packaged Goods company, is actively interviewing for a Human Resources Director. They are a fast-growing consumer products company with a portfolio of high-performing, culturally relevant brands distributed across North America. Known for their innovation, growth, bold strategy, and entrepreneurial spirit, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Director to further scale the team, and to lead processes and culture in this CPG environment.
This is a high-impact role for a hands-on HR Director who is on top of current provincial legislation, technology, and culture trends. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and has proven experience growing solid teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • As part of the leadership team, work on all HR strategic planning and implementation.
  • Provide guidance to the team and to, adhhering to HR guidelines and Provincial legislation.
  • Manage the HR Budget along with all required reporting.
  • Interact with relevant internal teams such as Health and Safety, Social Committee, and awards programs.
  • Lead investigation of workplace accidents, disabilities and absenteeism cases
  • Conduct the accident investigation, WSIB and Ministry of Labour follow up, return to work and modified duties
  • Administration of the new hire, onboarding, and benefits programs
  • Management of the full cycle recruitment process of salaried employees
What You Bring to the Table
  • Deep experience in Human Resources within a lean manufacturing CPG high-growth environment
  • Degree in Human Resources Management
  • Experience hiring and onboarding at Head Office level for a CPG organization
  • Proficiency in change management, organizational design, and lean operations
  • A hands-on leadership style with a commitment to continuous improvement and team empowerment
