Our client, a boutique law firm located in downtown Vancouver, is seeking an HR Coordinator to join their small but growing team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable wearing multiple hats across HR, marketing, and office administration.
Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Support: Assist with onboarding and training new hires, maintain employee records, track time off, and support general HR processes.
  • Marketing Support: Manage the firm's social media presence, update website content, and coordinate with photographers and other external service providers.
  • Office Administration: Handle ad hoc administrative duties including managing couriers, ordering office supplies, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
  • Reception Coverage: Provide vacation coverage for the receptionist when needed.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of previous experience in HR coordination, Marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with social media management and website updates is an asset.
  • Professional, adaptable, and team-oriented.
