Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for an organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator, based in Toronto. This individual is responsible for supporting a wide range of HR administrative functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management, training and development, health and safety, labour relations administration and accreditation activities.


This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.





The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of Human Resources experience in a unionized non-profit or health care environment. Proficiency with MS Office and experience using HRIS systems (such as Ceridian Dayforce) are required.



You are someone with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, combined with a customer service mindset. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you are able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
