What will you do?
Collaborates with the HRBP to deploy a fully integrated People strategy from acquisition to exit
Acts as liaison to team members, responding to inquiries or requests and providing general HR support
Assists with HR programs and projects in areas such as talent management, engagement, culture, training and succession planning
Maintains team member records within our HRIS and partner with HR services to ensure all team member changes are reflected in a timely manner
Prepares monthly reporting and analyzes people trends for HRBP and greater HR team
Actively work with HRBP to understand key business challenges in order to drive a proactive approach to human resources and labour relations
Support day-to-day HR operations including, employment letter preparation, and any other administrative task as assigned
Supports all exit interviews and note taking as required
Participates in ongoing HR projects, initiatives and other work as assigned
What do you bring?
Postsecondary education in Human Resources or a related field with CHRP designation (or actively pursuing)
Results-driven individual who takes initiative and accountability to improve HR support and programs
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize work based on business needs
Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
