DNM Group is looking for a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing team! The HR Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. This role assists with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support recruitment efforts including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters, documentation, and orientation schedules
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats
Support benefits administration including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries
Assist with tracking employee attendance, leaves of absence, and vacation accruals
Help ensure HR practices comply with relevant employment laws and company policies
Respond to employee questions and requests regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and performance management
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and documentation as needed
Participate in the planning and execution of HR-related events or programs
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative support role preferred
Having or working towards a CHRP designation would be considered an asset
Knowledge of employment standards and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRIS systems an asset
