What You'll Be Doing

Owning the recruitment process--posting jobs, interviewing, and running engaging orientations. Supporting our team with everything from payroll and benefits updates to licensing renewals. Sharing info that matters--in person, by memo, or on that eye-catching poster you designed. Rolling up your sleeves to improve processes, solve problems, and make life easier for managers. Being a trusted resource for HR questions big and small.

What You Bring

2+ years of HR experience (benefits administration is a bonus). Strong communication skills--you can connect with anyone. The ability to juggle tasks, stay organized, and keep calm under pressure. Comfort with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (we use ADP Workforce Now).
