Applicants should have a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary subject matter reviewing existing practices and configurations to identify process improvements, drive standardization. This candidate should be experienced and comfortable in dealing with employees. They should be detail oriented and be able to demonstrate effective organizational skills.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for a smooth seamless experience across all areas while supporting team leads and managers.
Oversee the annual performance review cycle and leverage the Learning and Organizational Development team to offer full support, guidance, and training.
Partner with our multiple stakeholders across the operation, including payroll, compensation, benefits, legal, compliance, health & safety
Maintain and accurately manage documentation and employee information with WSIB.
Performing other duties assigned by your manager in accordance with established company policies and procedures.

Adaptable and confident dealing with various stakeholders of all levels.
Post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources Management
5+ years progressive experience in a Human Resources position

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
