Fairweather Real Estate Holdings Ltd is seeking an organized and proactive
Human Resources Coordinator
to support HR operations and employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient HR administration while maintaining compliance with employment standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
Administer benefits enrollment, leaves, and payroll coordination
Assist with performance management processes and documentation
Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives
Ensure compliance with provincial employment legislation (ESA, OHSA, human rights)
Process employee status changes and offboarding procedures
Support HR reporting and data analysis for management review
Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years HR experience (real estate/professional services preferred)
Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency with HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, ADP, Workday) and MS Office
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
CHRP designation or in progress (asset)
Bilingual (English/French) preferred
