Job Summary
The Human Resources Coordinator (HRC) plays a key administrative role within the HR department by supporting a wide range of HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. Reporting directly to the Manager of the HR Service Hub, the HRC will handle employee documentation related to hiring, terminations, transfers, promotions, and leaves of absence. Additionally, the HRC will provide support to departmental HR teams in recruitment efforts, respond to general HR inquiries, and maintain accurate employee records within the SAP system. The position requires the ability to work effectively in various shifts from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
