Human Resources (HR) Coordinator

at our

Administration Office

Meadow Lake, SK.

What you'll do:



As an HR Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Human Resources Manager to support our team, your responsibilities will include:


Assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Supporting payroll administration and ensuring accurate employee data for processing. Coordinating training sessions and events that help our team grow and succeed. Supporting HR programs like wellness, health & safety, benefits, and performance management. Helping keep policies, employee records, and job profiles organized and up to date. Ensuring compliance with company policies and Saskatchewan Employment Standards. Creating and running HR reports to support decision-making. Promoting a positive, team-focused workplace by living our values of Community, Service, Teamwork, and Responsibility every day. Other duties as assigned.

Who you are:



You are passionate about a career in the Human Resources and you:


Have completed some education in Human Resources or a relevant related field. Have 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources. A CPHR designation or relevant experience would be an asset. Thrive on staying organized and diving into the details. Bring professionalism and accountability to everything you do. Have strong interpersonal skills, relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people. Enjoy being part of the community and contributing to a positive workplace culture. Are confident in using Word, Excel, Outlook, and social media.
