We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Professional to join our team at ORCAFY, a fast-growing digital marketing agency. This role will support a range of HR functions including payroll, hiring, employee engagement, and office operations.
Duties
Payroll And Attendance
:
Process payroll using the Wave app.
Track employee working hours through Excel and Jibble to ensure accurate records.
Recruitment:
Lead hiring efforts for departments including Sales, Ads Management, and the Social & Creative Team.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, including system setups, account creation, and orientation.
Handle employee exits by revoking system access, conducting exit procedures, and ensuring proper documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute biweekly engagement initiatives such as Employee of the Month and Top Performer of the Week*. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
Office Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, including regular checks on stationery and other essentials.
Experience
Atleast 1 -2 years of experience in Human Resource Managment
Experience with Wave, Excel, and Jibble is an asset
Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
