The Western Group of Companies is looking for a HR Coordinator to join our team.
The Western Group of Companies is a diverse group of locally-owned companies in the automotive, construction, and recreation industries. The Human Resources Coordinator works with the management team to plan, organize, and implement the human resource operations for the Group.
Key areas of responsibility include policy and procedure development; human resource planning; employee relations; training and development; recruitment and selection; and the analysis and improvement of HR metrics/KPIs. Remain current with all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
