It is a great time to join the Richardson team as their HR Business Partner. You will be responsible for providing professional human resources support and consultation for a client group and will be a key resource on many on-going projects and initiatives supporting the Human Resources function.

Position Overview:

  • Support full cycle recruitment and selection processes and workforce planning across multiple Richardson divisions and locations.
  • Provide support for job and career fairs, recruitment campaigns and strategic recruiting.
  • Assist with the development of training programs and supporting new initiatives.
  • Provide HR advisory support to managers in the areas of performance management, employee relations, interpretation of HR policies and disability management.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
  • Train and support managers on HR processes and new initiatives.
  • Participate in or lead HR Advisory team projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • You have completed post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You have 5 years of experience working in a generalist human resources capacity.
  • You are experienced with recruitment, employee relations and disability management.
  • You have an analytical mind and can think strategically to problem solve and implement solutions.
  • You have clear communication and presentation skills.
  • You have a strong commitment to service and solutions.
  • Though not required, the following are considered assets; experience in grain, manufacturing or processing industries, and supporting numerous locations across multiple provincial/federal jurisdictions.
  • You have the ability to travel across Canada and internationally.
  • Labour relations experience is an asset.
