Our Vancouver client within the Real Estate and Property Development industry is looking for a true Human Resources Business Partner to join their team. This organization is part of a larger international group, with headquarters here in Vancouver and in Europe.
As the Human Resources Business Partner some of the key responsibilities will include:
-Assist with the full employee life cycle
-Performance Management
-Build strong relationships with business teams
-Act as a business partner and trusted advisor for managers within the organization on people matters
-Employee Engagement
-Collaborate with the SVO on new projects, learning and development
-EDI projects
-Analyze trends, data, metrics stay up to date with trends and the market
Requirements
Requirements:
-An understanding of Canadian law
-Previous Human Resources experience at least 4 years in a Human Resources role
-Team player, can do proactive attitude
