What is the opportunity?
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide strategic advice and counsel to Senior Leaders and their respective leadership teams in Technology & Operations (T&O), specifically Innovation & Technology, including RBC Borealis, on all aspects of human resources including talent management, diversity, organizational design, change management, workforce management, leadership, employee development, performance management and rewards and recognition.
