POSITION TYPE: Permanent full-time position (40 hours/week)

WORK SCHEDULE: Shift work, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible schedule), Monday to Friday

HOURLY SALARY OFFERED: According to experience - to be discussed

The incumbent is a generalist but will be primarily responsible for managing the overall staffing process. The incumbent will manage the various aspects of recruitment, development plans, career management and various special projects. He/she will ensure that candidates and employees have a cutting edge experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full cycle of the staffing process from needs assessment to job offer, in collaboration with
managers;
- Manage the candidate bank and be responsible for the management and optimization of the
candidate management system;
- Constantly evaluate recruitment strategies, propose and implement approaches adapted to the
context and the positions to be filled, be on the lookout for new practices;
- Maintain business relationships with suppliers and educational institutions;
- Develop innovative and proactive approaches to recruitment;
- Create or update job descriptions;
- Ensure the welcoming of new employees and their integration, in collaboration with the managers;
- Implement employee retention strategies;
- Measure the candidate experience;
- Identify internal talent and develop talent management strategies in partnership with managers.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in recruitment, including a minimum of two (2) years in the
manufacturing or specialized field.
