Apercu general En tant que partenaire commercial des ressources humaines (HRBP), vous jouerez un role cle dans le soutien de diverses fonctions RH, notamment le recrutement, les relations avec les employes, la gestion des performances, le soutien aux avantages sociaux, la conformite avec le droit du travail, ainsi que la formation et le developpement. Vous rendrez compte directement au directeur mondial des ressources humaines du groupe Paxiom et, de maniere indirecte, au directeur des operations du site afin de renforcer l'engagement des employes et de veiller a ce que toutes les activites RH soient alignees sur les objectifs organisationnels.

A propos du poste

Diriger la mise a jour, l'elaboration et la mise en oeuvre des politiques et procedures de l'entreprise Capacite a assumer les responsabilites liees a la LOQE et a diriger le comite Participer a l'ensemble du cycle de recrutement, depuis la publication des postes vacants jusqu'a l'examen des CV, et utiliser des solutions creatives pour trouver les meilleurs talents pour les postes chez WeighPack (c'est-a-dire verification des antecedents/references, documents d'integration et besoins pour le PREMIER JOUR) Developper des initiatives en matiere de bien-etre et d'engagement ; obtenir les commentaires des employes sur leur efficacite Resoudre les problemes lies aux relations avec les employes et traiter les griefs ; les transmettre, le cas echeant, au directeur mondial des ressources humaines du groupe Paxiom Traiter toutes les questions liees aux ressources humaines concernant les politiques locales, les avantages sociaux, les conges (et autres besoins). Diriger l'equipe HSE pour mettre en oeuvre et controler les politiques et pratiques en matiere de sante et de securite. Suivre et signaler les accidents du travail et les incidents lies a la securite ; mettre a jour les dossiers de la CNESST chaque fois que necessaire. Apporter un soutien dans le suivi des formations et des certifications (par exemple, certification en premiers secours, achevement des formations HSE). Assurer le suivi des formations avec les responsables afin de garantir leur bonne execution.



Qualifications

5 a 7 ans d'experience pertinente en ressources humaines Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale en francais et en anglais Experience dans la gestion de programmes de performance Esprit organise, oriente vers la resolution de problemes et la recherche de solutions Experience dans le domaine du recrutement Experience des systemes RH

Human Resources Business Partner - WeighPack an ATS Company



General Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits support, compliance with labor laws, and training and development. You will report directly to the Paxiom Group Global HR Director, and dotted line to the site Director of Operations to enhance employee engagement and ensure that all HR activities align with organizational goals.

We are seeking individuals that are ambitious, curious, client-oriented and enjoy a fast-paced environment.





About the position

? Lead in updating, developing and implementing company policies and procedures

? Ability to handle OQLF responsibilities and run the committee

? Participate in full life-cycle recruitment beginning with posting open roles, vetting CVs and use creative solutions to find top talent for WeighPack roles (i.e. background/reference checks, onboarding materials and DAY 1 needs)

? Develop wellness and engagement initiatives; obtain feedback from employees on effectiveness

? Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances; escalate where appropriate to the Global HR Director for Paxiom Group

? Address all HR-related questions pertaining to local policies, benefits, vacation (and other needs).

? Lead HSE team to implement and monitor health and safety policies and practices.

? Track and report workplace injuries and safety incidents; update CNESST files whenever necessary

? Support with training and certifications tracking (e.g. first aid certified, HSE trainings completions)

? Following up on training with leaders to ensure proper execution.





Qualifications

? 5-7 years of relevant experience in HR

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English

? Experience in the management of performance programs

? An organized, problem solving, and solution-oriented mindset

? Experience in Recruitment

? HR Systems experiences
