Job Description

Our client is a growing, multi-location organization serving clients across New Brunswick, recognized for its commitment to professionalism, collaboration, and consistent service delivery.
As the organization continues to grow, it is investing in strong, people-focused practices to support both employees and leaders. They are currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in a permanent opportunity based just outside of the Greater Moncton area. In this role, you will support the day-to-day people operations across the organization, partnering closely with leaders and employees throughout the full HR lifecycle while providing practical, thoughtful guidance.
Key Responsibilities for the Job:
Human Resources Operations & Employee Relations

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee and leader HR-related inquiries
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Support employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
  • Ensure HR practices are consistent, well-documented, and aligned with New Brunswick employment standards
  • Coordinate employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and ongoing inquiries, acting as a liaison with external providers and internal payroll contacts
  • Support health and safety activities at a coordination level, including maintaining documentation and assisting with incident reporting and follow-up
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Support recruitment efforts through candidate screening, interview coordination, reference checks, and hiring documentation
  • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive, consistent experience for new hires
  • Partner with leaders to ensure new employees feel welcomed, informed, and supported from day one
Employee Engagement & Culture
  • Assist with initiatives that support employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention
  • Coordinate employee surveys, compile feedback, and support leadership follow-up actions
  • Conduct and summarize exit interviews, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Support internal culture initiatives, including employee events, social committee involvement, and internal HR communications
Experience & Attributes for Success:
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner-style role
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is strongly preferred
  • Experience in insurance or financial services is an asset, but not required
  • Working knowledge of New Brunswick employment standards
  • Skilled in coaching leaders and employees through difficult conversations
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a growing organization with evolving processes
  • Takes initiative to improve HR practices, policies, and employee experience
  • Flexible and able to pivot between multiple priorities and urgent matters
  • Passion for fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture
