Job Summary:As an HRBP, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned client groups, providing comprehensive HR support and delivering high-quality HR services. You will play a key role in shaping culture, managing talent, supporting recruitment efforts, and overseeing daily HR operations.Key Responsibilities:Culture and Talent:

  • Plan and implement all phases of the annual talent cycle: recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention.
  • Work closely with managers to align talent management initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Track employee progress and continuously improve talent management processes.
  • Implement concrete actions to promote a culture of inclusion, development, and empowerment.
Recruitment, Development, and Coaching:
  • Assess talent needs and develop strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Hiring Managers to support recruitment processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Participate in recruitment processes, create job descriptions, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
  • Guide and support employee development plans to foster career growth and skill enhancement.
  • Provide advice and coaching to managers on HR-related matters, helping them lead their teams effectively and address employee concerns.
  • Animate workshops and meetings to optimize team performance and reinforce the practical application of HR initiatives and policies.
HR Operations:
  • Oversee daily HR operations and manage the administration of the employee life cycle.
  • Address employee concerns, providing support and resolution as needed.
  • Communicate and enforce HR policies to ensure compliance.
HR Projects and Initiatives:
  • Coordinate and manage HR projects and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the HR department.

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, or equivalent (e.g., 2 years + internships).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and managers.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Experience working with managers and the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • English and French required.
