As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our dealerships operations across Western Canada. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor who builds strong relationships with leaders and employees, helping to drive a high performance and values driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

:

Partner with department managers and dealership leadership to provide strategic HR support and guidance. Coach and advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. Collaborate with recruiting teams to attract, hire and onboard top talent aligned with Capital's culture and goals. Support and guide HR initiatives including engagement, retention, training and development. Interpret and apply employment legislation across Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Work closely with the Payroll team and OHS Manager to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies. Lead or support investigations, performance improvement plans, and terminations with professionalism, confidentiality and consistency.

Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a multi-site or dealership environment. Strong knowledge of employment standards and HR legislation in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. Proven ability to build credibility and trust with leaders and employees Excellent communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast passed environment.
