About the Role
As a strategic partner to business leaders, the
Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
will play a critical role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. This individual will support multiple sites and departments, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders while driving performance, engagement and organizational growth in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that drive performance, compliance, and engagement.
Provide coaching and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Lead initiatives focused on retention, diversity, inclusion, and employee experience.
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation programs.
Collaborate on organizational change, leadership development and succession planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of HR experience in a generalist or HRBP capacity.
Experience managing HR responsibilities across multiple sites or business units.
Strong business acumen with a track record of building trusted partnerships.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Willingness to travel up to 50%; bilingual in Spanish is an asset.
