Position Overview:
The Human Resources Business Partner for Attendance Programs plays a crucial role in supporting Unity Health Toronto's mission by fostering a healthy, engaged, and productive workforce. Reporting to the Manager of Human Rights and Programs, this new position will collaborate closely with staff, leadership, and other stakeholders to implement a new multi-layer program designed to address the complex challenges of sick absenteeism. You will be responsible for leading proactive attendance initiatives, encouraging positive attendance behaviours, and ensuring the consistent application of attendance-related policies and practices.
