In this position, you will have the opportunity to:
- Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group
- Manage the entire employee recruitment, integration, and retention cycle
- Implement HR policies (compensation, benefits, labor relations)
- Advise managers on team management and conflict resolution
- Manage labor relations activities
- Oversee training and skills development
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
- Manage internal communications and activities with employees and management
- Develop and implement OHS policies in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Identify and assess risks in manufacturing environments (machining).
- Implement OHS prevention and training programs
- Manage accident investigations and follow up on CNESST files
- In collaboration with managers, monitor the application of internal rules
