As the HR Generalist, you will be focused on taking care of our most important investment the employees. You have a passion for and are excited about building great companies, including managing processes and programs that help employees do their best work every day. What you\'ll be doing:

  • Oversees the full recruitment cycle for all administrative and associate-level positions including developing recruitment strategies and activities (e.g. sourcing candidates, assisting hiring managers with conducting interviews, etc.).
  • Supports performance management process to ensure continuous performance improvement and the implementation of best practices.
  • Responds to employee inquires in a timely manner and provides proactive solutions to day-to-day challenges.
  • Guide and assist employees through processes such as hiring, performance management, Health & Safety, etc.
  • Updates annual Training Calendar and ensures training requirements are met based on needs analysis.
  • Proactively partner with our internal teams to optimize processes and programs, ensuring an exceptional employee experience while aligning with the evolving needs of the business
  • Monitor employee compliance and, following up with employees and managers (as needed) to ensure business compliance.
  • Support programs such as Benefits, Open Enrollment, and new benefit selection
  • Support broader People Programs, including performance management and compensation cycles.
Requirements What we require:
  • Bachelor\'s degree with CHRL/CHRP designation is mandatory.
  • 3+ years of HR experience
  • Expertise in creating innovative HR solutions from scratch.
  • Ability to influence, negotiate and facilitate with confidence and passion.
  • An agile approach to tackling HR projects & deliverables that vary (strategic & tactical)
