We are currently seeking a qualified Human Resources Advisor to join our Human Resources team, based out of Saskatoon, SK. This on-site, Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for tactical and operational human resources support to Bantrel and our client across all aspects of project execution. Working closely with project leadership and reporting to the Human Resources Manager, this role delivers proactive guidance on workforce planning, employee relations, and project-specific HR requirements including development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, programs and practices. In this position, the HR Advisor ensures HR processes are effectively adapted to meet project needs, drives alignment between organizational priorities and project outcomes, and oversees the consistent delivery of HR programs and initiatives. Serving as a trusted advisor and mentor, this role influences HR policy application, fosters strong client and stakeholder relationships, and contributes to building a high-performing project culture.
Bantrel is working with K+S Potash (KSPC) as an Integrated Project Management Team (IPMT), to expand the KSPC Bethune Potash Mine in near Moose Jaw Saskatchewan from 2.2 to 3.0M tonnes per annum over the next 5 years. The final production capacity is intended to grow over decades to 4M tonnes per year, doubling the current production output of potash. Key personnel will support the project from Saskatoon and Bethune, with additional support staff supporting from Calgary, Edmonton, and Toronto.
