Job Description

Responsibilities will include:

Proactively and upon request provides advice, coaching and oversight to resolution for issues such as investigations, performance management and attendance management. Responds to Team Members inquiries regarding Policies and Procedures. Fields, investigates and resolve team member identified issues, concerns and complaints. Facilitates training programs and meetings as required. Partners with team members in the submission of claims to WCB and insurance providers. Contact for disability management matters Works with stakeholders to facilitate proactive and respectful return to work plans.
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Minimum five years of HR experience Thorough knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards and Human Rights Thorough knowledge of OH&S legislation. Investigation and interview experience Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
