Our Calgary head office is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our diverse aviation operating companies. This is a full-time, temporary position from January 2026 through April 2027 (16 months maternity leave backfill). This is an in-office position with occasional travel to assigned bases and within YYC as required.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Advisor is responsible for providing support and assistance to management and staff regarding the application of HR programs, policies and processes. This position is customer service focused and should be the 'Face of HR' for their assigned client groups.
