Description
The Role:
- Working with HR Generalists and agency managers
- Providing guidance on success planning, performance management and related strategies
- Supporting Leadership team with recruitment, employee relations and terminations
- Ensuring regulatory compliance, HR best practices and risk mitigation
- Participating in developing, implementing and maintaining HRIS and agency policies
Required Skills
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- A full understanding of current HR practices and local legislations
- Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office
- Related Post- Secondary Education
- Outstanding Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- First Aid certification
- The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
- Experience in Not-For-Profit or Human Services will be considered an asset
